LATE TO BE O, UPDATE: The Adams County coroner has identified the driver who was killed earlier this month after a crash and explosion in Gettysburg.The victim was Kurtis Williams, 37, from Baltimore, Maryland.The coroner said identification was made through DNA.Williams' vehicle crashed into a gift shop on March 1, exploded and then caught the shop and another building on fire.Gettysburg explosionThe crash happened around 4:30 a.m. on the 500 block of Baltimore Street. .
